The 13th Annual YWCA Benefit Luncheon was held March 3, 2010 at the Holiday Inn, University of Memphis. The luncheon featured Keynote Speaker Attorney Ruby R. Wharton, and the Distinguished Community Leadership Award was presented to Kathy Buckman-Gibson.

The YWCA’s Before and After School Programs, located in 18 of the Memphis City and Shelby County Elementary and Middle Schools, provide safe and affordable quality care for children ages 5 through 14.

Her Voice, Her Vision, Her Story. The YWCA Annual Benefit Luncheon was held March 4, 2009, at the Holiday Inn, University of Memphis. The luncheon featured speakers Debbie Knapp and Jocelyn Wurzburg.

The YWCA Training and Development Center offers opportunities for women and non-custodial parents in nontraditional career exploration, training and employment at no cost. A variety of classes are offered in Job Skills Training and Computer Skills.
