Why Become a Member?
Distinguished Services:
- The only non-profit in this community that provides a 24 hr/7 days a week domestic violence hotline and domestic violence shelter with a full-time Hispanic resident advocate in the shelter and full-time Hispanic advocate in the domestic violence court
- The only non-profit providing FREE training/employment in non-traditional skill areas/careers to women in this city/county
- The only non-profit with a mission that promotes inclusion of all women and advocates for racial justice of women
Association Values: The richness of diversity of women who have many beliefs and values strengthens the social services/social justice impact of the YWCA.
Membership Year: The annual membership year is July 1 through June 30.
